On Site Service/Repair - $85 per hour.  Minimum charge may apply based on location.

The advantages of On Site Computer Service:

• You do not need to disconnect & reconnect your equipment.
• No need to carry your computer in your car (or leave it in a hot vehicle while you are at work).
• You can ask questions while technician is there.

Notes

When you schedule a service call to your home or office, you place a technician in YOUR environment.  This allows the technician to diagnose problems that can not be seen at a repair shop.  i.e. loose connections, improper set up, mismatched equipment, etc.  If the problem is something other than the computer, an on site technician  can identify that problem and, in most cases, correct it.

Unlike in a repair shop, on-site technicians will answer your questions and allow you to watch while repairs are being done.
