courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and step-by-step operating
procedures. He excels at working with subject matter experts and reviewing source
material in order to understand the client's business and training needs, and
then using that understanding to develop training and performance support deliverables
that meet the needs of the intended audience and the client company. He
is experienced with all phases of the ADDIE instructional design process except
for implementation. He has always worked as an independent contractor or for a
