Mrs. Margaret Seivert, 56, of 2462 Spruce St. died 9:20 pm Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center.
Mrs. Seivert was born March 9, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Margaret Henry Brown.  She lived in Girard for 14 years, after moving from Niles.  She was employed as a cashier for the Value King supermarket in McDonald, retiring in 1974 and was a member of the Retail Clerks Union.
She leaves her husband John, whom she married in 1946, and five sons, Jack Brown of McDonald; Master Sgt. Robert with the Air Force in Italy; David of Girard; Seaman Thomas with the U.S. Navy in Connecticut and James at home; two daughters, Pvt. Margaret Seivert with the Army at Fort Sam Houston, Texas and Miss Barbara at home;
two sisters, Miss Sandy Brown and Mrs. Ruth Uber, both of McDonald, and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 am Saturday at the McClurkin Funeral Home, where friends may call from 7 to 9 pm Friday.
