This version was sent to me by Harald Frett of Germany. He in turn received the coat of arms from Eberhard Prell who has quite a knowledge of the Prell surname. 

Harald said that this particular version belongs to the Dinkelsbühl Prell family. He explained that the shovels are a wrong interpretation - these are reed mace's.
