Subject: Wilton class with Colette Peters
Hi everyone. I just signed up to take the class at Wilton, taught by
Colette Peters. I just wondered if anyone has taken it, and what they
thought of it. Thanks!!!!

Subject: USE OF TEFLON PANS
When baking an ordinary cake in a teflon coated tube pan, is it
necessary to grease and flour the pan. The cake did not raise
and the baking powder tested positive and all other ingredients
were fresh. Could having greased and floured the pan be the cause?
Thanks.

So it has taken me so long to respond but my access to the internet is limited. That would be great, I would enjoy taking to your friend in Western KY. My phone # is (502)522-9572. Tell her after Christmas would be great for me, I pretty busy until then.

Hi!

A friend of mine from Japan took Colette's class at Wilton and loved it, she came back to the states recently and did an internship with her, and didn't want to leave!! She said Colette is a wonderful teacher. I hope to take a class with her this year.

Ditto to that Lynne. May all my ICES friends and cake decorating friends on this message board have the greatest Christmas ever and an even better 1999. I hope to see and meet all of you at our 1999 ICES Convention in Kansas City, Missouri July 29-August 1.

Be thankful each day for what God has blessed you with. We never know what tomorrow may bring. I am just truly thankful to be here with my family and friends this year.
