To make the football, ice the cake using chocolate icing, then use a Viva brand paper towel to make the texture.

Copy a real football for the details using white icing.

Mums were made ahead of buttercream icing using tip 5 for the center and tip 81 for the petals. Let crust for 1-2 days on a wax paper square uncovered.

TIPS:

• To make buttercream icing stiffer so flowers crust better, add about 1 Teaspoon of our cream whip icing base to 1 cup buttercream icing.
• Easy chocolate icing: To one recipe of any recipe buttercream icing, add 2/3 to 1 cup Hershey's powdered cocoa and then thin the icing by adding water.
