Fishing line (assemble the tiny
royal icing drop flowers on the fishing line then attach with a dab of
royal icing AFTER the cake is in place on the cake table.

I used brown sugar for sand but
it melted. I might use crushed graham crackers if I did it again.
The portholes are just piped on

As far as I remember, there were
no directions with the picture. But I did find it in an old ACD (American
Cake Decorating) magazine.
