• baked 13"
x 9" x 2" cake
• 2 to 3 cups blue
icing
• 1 cup white icing to divide &
tint blue, green & gray
• yellow, red, royal blue, kelly
green, black (for gray) food
coloring
• Green apple Sour Belts
• Blue and/or green fruit leather
• Candy
rocks
• Candy seashells & fish:
Molds
Coating
chocolate
• Gummy sea creatures, such as fish,
sharks, and octopuses
• Mini Swedish fish, can make using
coating chocolate
• Sour tropical fish, can make using
coating chocolate

Ice the cake white. Then place a
few globs of blue icing ontop and smooth it out.
Add the 'bubbles', tip 5 or 6 in
red and yellow.
Add the seaweed using tip #104,
royal blue, kelly green, gray.
Place the seashells, fish and candy
rocks on to complete your cake.

Food Cupcakes
Don't let the name fool you. These cupcakes
are worth swimming to the top for.
• 1 baked cupcake
• Food
coloring
• Or you can buy blue
& white icing
• Yellow and red fruit leather
• Button candies (or M&M's Minis)
• 1 candy

Step 1:
Frost the cupcake with blue and white
icing. Cut the fruit leather into a fish shape and place on the cupcake.
Step 2:
Add button candies (or M&M's Minis)
"bubbles," a fruit leather "mouth," and a sugar eye (use some frosting
"glue" or water to attach the eye).
