Does anyone have a bridal cake order form they can share with me? I saw one on Earlene's site but when I clicked on the icon for "Cake Order Form" it was blank. Thanks in advance for the help!!

I have been using this form with success for many years now.  Hope others will also find it useful to their
cake business.  I keep the original and make a copy from my fax machine for the bride.   (if you print the
form from the site, the cake sketches area will print on the right hand side of the page where it belongs!)

Also a form for the brides who want to use fresh flowers.  This is something I added this year, and it has
had many brides stop and think if they really want to use fresh flowers after all!  Most brides who come
to me want the sugar flowers I specialize in.  But there are a few who want a great tasting cake with some
fresh flowers.

Please feel free to use these forms and amend them to your use.

I would add the word  'REAL' which I think is important to define. This will set them apart from either icing or silk flowers, clarifying our reasons for the waver in the first place.....Dolores
