Dolores' Pumpkin Pie
The brown sugar makes the difference!
Yield: 2 pies

2 c Canned pumpkin (this recipe is so old that it
was created for use of fresh pumpkin, see how to cook below)

2 x Eggs

1/2 ts Salt

1 c Brown sugar, packed

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1/2 ts Allspice

3/4 ts Ginger
-
2 c Canned Carnation milk
Blend 2 eggs with sugar. Add spices, pumpkin; blend
well and add milk. Bake at 425 degrees 40 to 55 minutes, or until done.
Makes 1 very large, deep 10" pie or 2-9" ones.
Comments: This is our family's very old family recipe.
