Red Velvet cake from a mix
1 box of regular Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (with or without butter)
Eggs, oil & water as package directs
Also add:
2 tablespoons Hershey's powdered cocoa
red food coloring to desired color
Bake as usual.
To Test: Press in center with your finger. When cake BARELY springs
back up, cake is done.
ICING: Our cream cheese ready-made icing would be THE best for this
cake!
This icing is artificial and does NOT need refrigerated. We love it.
